Exclamation Mark in Ailing Kingdom

Since a few days, I have an Exclamation Mark on the title screen for Ailing Kingdom. Is there a new secret area and when, how do I get there?

I've tried running through every level in every difficulty but nothing happened.

I have the same exclamation mark there. i also do not know what to do ahahaha
