April 19 Update Android

Anyone else having trouble updating LOTB on an Android emulator? I keep getting an error message when the app tries to download the new content.

andy and bluestacks both work fine for me droid4x and others not...

How can I go about doing that? :p Just tried messing around with it myself but couldn't figure it out.

I really don’t understand how things got messed up again with emulators, as a few updates ago we had a similar problem...
I’ve tried with koplayer (which was the best emu to use for me) & blustacks: got the same "Fail to download localization data" error.
I’ve tried to use MEmu, doridx & andy, but they won’t run on my system. Damn.
I’m tired and I’m going slightly mad.

I got the same problem on Bluestacks and on MEmu with android 4.2.2. On MEmu with Android 5.1 my Play Store doesn't work...

After switching back to MEmu and installing the Lollipop patch, I have been able to successfully update the LOTB app.
