doesnt work at all since update 19.4. (IOS)

hi all,

game starts (since update without the start button)

When choosing "My Team" --> game quits to IOS home
When Choosing "Arena" --> Lists of oponents apears but the profile pictures are not loading (spinning skull) - start fight --> hung up
the same behavior in the other areas..

i cannot play at all...

any suggestions?
(reboot wont help)

I'm on IOS iPad/iPhone with minimal issues.

Knock on wood, hardly any freezes or crashes.

I'm on iPad Air 2/iPhone 7+.

I had multiple issues on an iPad Air 2 after the patch: endless loading when entering the Arena, endless loading when tapping on worlds, crashes from sommoning Souls, getting invisible characters when summoning Souls, not being able to enter LoL...

After a complete reinstall everything (except from all of the usual bugs) is normal for me again. So you could try that if you haven't already.

How can i make sure that my Account will not be deleted when i reinstall?

You have to link your account to email or Facebook. MAKE SURE YOU DO THAT BEFORE DELETING!

I think it is found where the square box with the outline of a person is on the main screen.
