Crashing/Loading Issues after April 19 Update

If you have been experiencing crashing or loading issues since Wednesday's update, please contact our Support team for assistance.

Our team has been able to identify the issue, and made some changes last night to address them.

If you can load the game, tap the Support button in the Settings menu of the game and send us a message. If you are unable to load the game, send us an email directly at [email protected]. Our team will get back to your ASAP to provide assistance.

Just got a popup in game for these issues. Nice to see some communication to all players for once. I feel bad for the poor souls not visiting the forum and empathize with their disappointment. It's a great thing to let the masses know it's being worked on.

I sent an email of the game not loading up most of the time since the START button was removed.
