Life Talismans

The info text of these new talismans says nothing:

"Grants HP Regen for 2 turns at the start of battle"

How much do they heal? Percentage? I bought them, but their healing is so low...useless. Why no full healing?

A full heal would be incredibly OP. As it currently stands, the life talis seem to heal about half of a normal attack per turn, so in total they heal the equivalent of one full true damage hit from a strong toon. However, if you combine them with shell talis, then they basically heal all of the damage that toon will take during the first turn.
