Immortal soul fragments convert bug

After Immortal soul event end (hope everyone happy), I tried to convert immortal fragments to precious fragments.

But something was wrong. I converted 90 immortal fragments to precious fragments.

At first, I had 40/50 precious fragments, I was not sure about whether immortal and precious are 1:1.

However, after conversion, my precious fragments was 40/50 -> 28/50......WTF......

So we can't have more than 50/50?

Can you claim anything? I converted 10>2, so at 5:1 u should have a claim & 8 precious frags. Doesn't add up???

I think that I glimpsed there showed 18 fragments, I just clicked too quickly.

At first, when I claimed those 18 fragments, my precious fragments were 40/50 -> 8/50.

I was shocked, so I closed app and restarted it.

After restarted, these were 28/50, and no any precious souls.

And I restarted about 3-4 times, nothing changed.

So......there were 30 precious fragments vanished in void......

I wonder if you actually lost those precious fragments or if there was a display glitch making it appear like you had more fragments than you really did. Display glitches seem to happen pretty often.

Agree that!

But no matter how I clicked claim button, it just showed not enough fragments. :(
