Precious Soul Fragment drop rate

Is it just me, or is the Precious Soul Fragment drop rate in the Skull Quests really low? I think I get one every 2-3 days, meaning it takes about a month to complete a Precious Soul. Is this correct?

But tbh the droprates died for some reason, i got 5 fragments in theblast 2 days, and got about 35 after 2 days of release
