Funny thing was, I re-started the app, and the skill Shard was the only thing open. Lol. Everything else opened today.

Mine eventually reset after a few reboots. First the skill shard, then later the rest.

FYI Try purchasing the skill shard even if it still shows chained locked. Mine generally let me purchase soon after reset even though it still shows locked.

Small hint: every time I made sure to be offline during weekly reset, everything was available immediately in store. Whenever I was logged in, I had to wait up to 3 days for the store to reset.
