Character skipping turns

I met this strange bug in the Arena, my rocket dog skipped two turns without having any incapacitating status as stun or freezing. My other two characters alive where under the effect of grievous burn but not my rocket dog.
Also, in the same match, my newborn of light warrior counterattacked when it shouldn't and against the wrong foe.
