Wow, this is hard work. I did stop investigating, so it may not be exhaustive. Feel free to point anything I missed, don't forget to include your source though.

Good idea! How about one that was supposed to be fixed for the last major update?

[Bug-fix] There is an issue with the new tiers of "Achievement Completed" (that require 120 or more achievements) where your count starts at 0 if you already completed 100 achievements before this update. @Bradata: Brave New World? What is that? Source it or it didn't happen! Joke aside, I thought about including that one and Night City but they definitely not "minor" and everyone knows they coming because of the in-game placeholders. This forum has some scattered bits of related information about them though, might be enough for a dedicated thread or two.

@All: Also, this thread isn't the place to discuss the specifics of the listed items (or of upcoming bigger features). If you want to do so, please go to the relevant source (or create it).
