Question about getting GR Eddie

So, my counter for missions seems to have stuck at 229/230 . Do I need ALL of the missions with 3 skulls?

Most of them (including secret locations, now skull quests) but not all of them IIRC.

However they did remove some quests, at least from KotS (act II). So I'm not sure... But FYI my current count as show in the skull quest selection scene is at 711/711 (237 missions with 3 skulls).

I too have all the skull quests unlocked (711/711). Maybe it's because before they remove some quests, you needed 250 3 skull missions

I completed it before they reduced the missions, and it was all missions at 3 skulls. I assume that it is still the same, just a lower number of missions to complete.
