These don't proc in my visions Eddie. At least, they don't when I use him, or auto farm. Not sure on AI on defense.

What do you mean "don't proc"? They grant you a shield at start of battle (or stage if farming). They aren't supposed to "proc". You mean you don't get that shield at the start?

Sorry, yes. On the visions, I get no shield. At least on offense or farming.
