Hey guys, achieving the eternal rank is hard and I think we all should remember the winners, but not only the eternal is hard to get, all top 3 are amazing players. So I wanted to make a compilation of all week's arena winners since week 1. There's a sheet summarizing all winners. The sheet has changed, now there is a point system for the ranking. the points are given this way:

Hi Devs I have not received all my winnings from this weeks arena showdown.
I did get shards and ironite I am pretty sure the eternity frags came through eventually but still no G/A souls rewarded...

Trouble is Stormseye I can't remember my password, I seldom have to log in, you know that old chestnut..?

I checked again this morning still nothing but on the other hand according to the rewards page 2nd to 5th spot I.e King 1 should get 35 Eternity Frags, 3 x skill shards ironite and 2 x Rare G/A souls, I did not get the souls but I was rewarded 6 x skill shards so if I had to choose between 3 x skill shards and 2 x Rare G/A souls I'd take the skill shards every time...

Exact same thing happened to me. As long as you have accessto the email attached to the login you can request a new password. They will auto send it to that email and then you can login. I forgot mine too so i know it works.

First check your email address: Click the person outline in the top left of the screen and look in the email address field.

If you no longer have access to it, I suggest take down the User ID (eg: rags-6094), the Account ID (18 digit number) and any other details and contact support about getting your associated email address changed in the game. Not sure if it can be done, but support should be able to answer that.

If you DO have access to that email address, then logout and restart.

When you start the game again, in the very first screen that comes up, click the person outline on the bottom left(?) of the screen (like the one on the top left when you're logged in). DO NOT CLICK START.

You will get a login dialog that will allow you to reset your password as long as you know and have access to the email address.

Note: It's randomly generated and you can't change it AFAIK, so keep it somewhere safe, tho of course you can reset it again.

Hey, thanks! I had a hunch that people would be pre-occupied with the new Gauntlet season so I figured I'd make a run of it. Turned out that my gambit paid off. My team:

Gremlin hit 10k at least twice. Carlos quit playing regularly awhile back. While he can update the Top 3 based on published poster images, tracking the 10k Club is impossible without checking in-game. So, his list may be missing some.
