Game error

I am getting this error when I try to open the game. I can't get into the game to contact support.
Can anybody help?

I'm getting the same error on my iPad. iPhone and emulator working fine...


Im getting this on my alt. account on my Samsung phone. Works fine on my Ipad and Iphone. Reboot attempt and attempt to update app does nothing. Last time I was on (weds.) it worked fine.

I e-mailed support and Michelle told me to "force close app" in the apps menu on the phone. That did the trick for me, I am not sure if she did anything else to my account but it is working fine now
