Starting this weekend when I try to play it goes through the load up bar but then stalls on the storm cloud Eddie screen. Anyone know a fix? Do I have to uninstall/ reinstall? If I do do I lose everything ?

If you have created an account with nodding frog or registered with a social login your account your data should be backed up to the cloud, if that's the case you can do a full re install without losing your progress, if needed.
But before you do that I suggest for you to go to the OS settings and select the legacy app, there you can do a 'clear cache' and then restart the app, if that doesn't solve it repeat but this time select 'clear data' instead.
If none of that works try a full reinstall.
Please note that I only recommend this if you have registered with them so that you can restore progress from the cloud and I can't be held responsible if anything happens.
If you have not registered or have other concerns it's better to contact Nodding Frog support they usually respond by the next day at the latest.

Thanks BlackSteel. Really appreciate the reply. After trying to clear the cache and data I ended up uninstalling/reinstalling. Entered my account info, logged in, and everything is back in order. Thanks for the reassurance that my info would be stored by the system. Big deep breath now. Was really stressing the thought of losing my teams.
