Until August 19th at 5 PM PT, getting to a Worthy Sacrifice (aka Tier IV) will give you bonus rewards in addition to the normal sacrifice rewards!

Every Worthy Sacrifice you do will give you one of the following bonuses:

5 Rare Souls
5 Rare Gun/Assassin Souls
25 Legendary Soul Fragments (ie ¼ of a Legendary Soul!)
1 Skill Shard

You’ll get a bonus reward for each sacrifice reward you’d normally get. Additionally, if you exceed the minimum required for a Worthy Sacrifice, you’ll have a chance at getting two normal rewards and two bonus rewards!

Please note that these bonus rewards are only rewarded for a Worthy Sacrifice. Higher tier and lower tier sacrifice rewards do not give additional rewards.

(Please ensure you have force closed and restart the app before participating in the event for the first time.)

Wow, just this morning I got rid of the dups to get some shards and join the VHE SpamWagon Mark II, go figure.
These events are great, it would be a good idea to have a calendar.

Yep, did a bunch of sacrifices today as well. A heads up on these events would be nice. The bugs are overwhelming right now.

The arena was a most annoying experience this week. Too many bugs o list and numerous crashes.

BNW is annoying to play as well. High cost, low drop rates, and maybe a 50/50 chance the game will crash. Lost resources, lost badges, and now more time consuming to play than ever. :mad:

There's no way to guarantee a second reward for the tier IV sacrifice. As you approach 9000 (approaching 50% more than base), you'll approach 50% chance to get a second reward.

I did 2 sacrifices around ~7500 essence each and did not get the second rewards. My guess is it needs to be close to 9k

If the probability scales linearly, which it sounds like it does based on Sparton's post, the most efficient strategy would be to try to hit as close to 6000 as possible across multiple Sacrifices, as opposed to going for higher amounts.

For instance, 3 Sacrifices for 6000 guarantees 3 Rewards, whereas 2 Sacrifices for 8999 guarantees only 2 Rewards, with some probability of an additional 0-2: 25% for 0, 50% for 1, 25% for 2. It's just a question of how much you want to tempt RNG. I'll take the sure thing.

Of course, this assumes you have the character stock needed to do that many Sacrifices.

Agree on this. Had I understood the scaling prior to completing the sacrifices I would have aimed for two 6k sacrifices and worked towards a third.

What bonus rewards are people getting? I've been hoarding rare souls for such an event and 4* dupes for my first exalted sacrifice but maybe I can put that off....I just hate the idea of getting lots of 25 legendary soul shards (why not a complete legendary soul instead?) from sacrifices and not being able to use them until whenever more shards become available. A skill shard or more souls are worth while at least.

For the sake of prosperity, I decided to make a couple sacrifices; I hope this helps and maybe others will add to this post:

I did two level 4 sacrifices.

I sacrificed a Corrupt General and received 3 Magus Souls with a bonus of one Skill Shard.

I sacrificed a Magus CotD, Warrior Pyro Soldier, and a Sentinel Allied Bomber Boy and received one Skill Shard and 5 Rare Souls.

It's always nice to receive Skill Shards to help upgrade characters, but the rewards seem just meh to me! Of course, it is a small sample size and maybe I was just unlucky, or maybe I expecting too much from this sacrifice?

Did 3 last night. First right over tier mark got 1war soul and 3 5* runes and 25 frags. Next 2 were at the higher end almost busting into tier 5 total loot from those was 7war souls and 20 4* runes and 5 rare g/a souls 1rare soul

I did a sacrifice of just over 6000 essence and got 2 rewards. 10 rare souls, and 10 rare GA souls. threw those back in and got nothing but 3* dupes.

Did two Tier IV sacrifices. First was just over 6.000 essence and gave 1 skill shard and 25 legendary soul fragments. Nothing else. Second one was 7.800 essence and gave 4 magus and 5 rare souls. Great event! Get shit from which you can make new shit! Really disappointing!

Gee guys, why all this negativity?

First we get sacrifice altar so we get a chance of getting something valuable items instead of gold for our dupes.

Here comes an event where we can get even more for the dupes and ppl still complaints!!

When will you ever get enough?

Evening all :)

Just did a tier IV sacrifice - above 7000 essence (not remember how much exactly)... Went down: Eddie Mummy, Rocket Dog, Sentinel Pyro and couple others... Only reward I've got was 1x skillshard and 25 fragments of Legendary Soul... So I recognize this as a bonus but where's the reward?!?!

Well... I am just fed up with this game more and more...

How about a sacrifice event where you get 2 or more rewards from tier 6 and 7. That'd be worth throwing out some high value toons.

First you must have high value toons .... Unfortunately they don't drop very often from rare-g/a souls, what's the chance? 0.01% to pull ***** char? Legendary soul has small chance to give ***** as well, if I'm not mistaken, my last 10 leg souls gave me only **** crap and you need minimum 2x***** (100) + few **** to do tier 7. Where you can get the ***** toons from? Buy from the store for real money? No thanks, I will never buy anything from the store for real cash.

Dupe shit toons system ( because it is a dupe system and not a bad luck, you have 5-10 same toons and never others, and another player have 5-10 toons you want and never yours lol) bored all players

Same happened to me yesterday. If you want to complain, you can write an EMail to support@ironmaidenlegacy.com.
Support is really good, wrote them a couple of times, but I think in this case it'll lead to nothing, because it says "chance of....".
Like I said before, another event that totally sucks!

Was a little preoccupied but I coulda sworn Sparton's post said 100% on the bonus? Did 6 of em yest & got bonuses on every one of em! 5 rares 4×, 25 frags 2×

Exactly, the man said that EVERY worthy sac will give you some bonuses, so I assume if bonuses being granted right now, all the more usual rewards do...

Sometimes it just doesn't show rewards but u get em! Either way support will make it right, they're awesome!!! Unless ur name is Sidney...he seems 2 get screwed!

On this week i had made 3 sacrifices up to IV tier. First one was a IV give me 5x assassin/gunner souls and 5 rare souls

Just yesterday i made 2 of the other ones, one of VI tier, i get 10 rare souls, 3 legendary souls and 4 ability fragments (I get Rainmaker Eddie on the legendary soul) (Undead Rescuer warrior which i was waiting for)

Finally i made another sacrifice V, really close to the VI, i received 50x rare souls (just 3 characters of 4*)

However I just have 25x Legendary soul fragments

I will keep tryin
