Stuck on the 180 seconds objective

I tried several times to reach the goal of "complete in 180 seconds" Mission "Heart of Darkness" in madness difficulty, the one with Corrupted General boss.
I tried a couple time recently with a stopwatch too because i was convinced i succeded and so it was but the skull has not arrived. Setting the game in 2x has effect on this objective? Maybe it's because of this. Any help appreciated!

If I remember correctly the advice from the support team is to do timed objectives in 1x time.

From a gameplay standpoint I prefer using Soldier Eddie with a couple of hits-all-enemies allies. You can often use Roulette towards the end of a stage to top up health while your allies clean up the mess.

You can also try to borrow a high level trooper Carriage Rider Eddie to finish fast, he is a Real beast.

I have beaten 3 minutes in both 1x and 2x and the skull did not show...

I use my really strong Troopers for these timed quests if I'm having problems doing it in time with my normal crew.

Edit: Said allies, meant troopers. I'm too used to other games yet. :p

Same here, I just can't seem to beat it lol. Makes me feel like a noob.
