Ha! I'd be floored if it happened this quickly after BNW. I'm gonna guess its either an event of some sort or tweaks to bnw (hopefully making it cheaper). We'll find out soon enough I guess.

Be nice if the "play all troopers one at a freaking time even though you completed the game months ago" bit was fixed
