Repeated Freezing, Mostly in Brave New World

So what's up with the constant crashing/freezing lately?? A few months back I was getting constant crashing during Arena battles, a few weeks ago I was getting constant crashing during Lord of Light, and now I'm trying to farm Brave New World for the soul fragment event, that's crashed five+ times each day for the last two days!

When it happened last I contacted support and got no response, it seems insane that a battle/quest can require such a high loot (12 - 15 sands) which is then immediately lost with no reward, especially in a limited time event. To say the least, I'm p****ed about it >.<

Any input from others with the same issue?

And it just happened again.... Waiting 11 minutes before closing the game, no response during that time -_-

try to kill all CR before others, it works for me

and AGAIN. I'll try the CR thing, but when I play a lot on auto-play while doing other things that won't be a lot of use :/ It really is a joke!
