revive block not working

Is any one else having issues with this not working, I had revive block on a wrath killed him and then when Vampire Hunter did his fury it revived the wrath.

yeah, similar happened to me with the thorn talismans effect. My Samurai gave 2 enemies permadeath and i killed both while the effect was still on. Yet the enemy Grim Reapers fury revived both.
