I just opened a rare magus rare soul, expected a 3* as usual, i was aiming for allied soldier so who cares, got purple flashes of doom, i though carriage rider finally, turns out it was the stupid angel of pain.

20 mins later i get 45 ironite from ailing secret lvl normal, wtf?!?
I open a rare soul just cuz, i get purple flashes of doom, i scream carriage rider, turns out its a 5* warrior child of the damned!!! Is he good...

I wanted carriage but still awesome, i got 5* 3 weeks ago, 4* and 5* in the same hour?!? Is that even possible?!?

Carriage Eddie lost a lot of his power since the last update. I would be more interested on getting your Warrior Child of the Damned.

He is a great character, can deliver 10k basic blows if built up correctly. Also he gets an extra turn if he kills an enemy so he is great for getting the golden skulls related to completing a mission in less than X seconds. Just be careful though... he is currently bugged and if you strike the last enemy in a wave down with him you might get stuck in a loop and be forced to exit the mission.

Damn it, i see that carriage rider has been killed, i was not that excited cuz i didnt really kno if he was any good, but as it turns out he should be pretty dope.

Gimme a sec to give my little prince, the demon dog a salutation and praise him for his hard work in this marvellous team, look at the bright side thou, 2 5*s and a soldier eddie, plus i already got some pretty good talisman for the child.

Edit: Wow... Hes so powerfull, i put him into hard battlefield at lvl 1 with some 3* talisman and 1 4* talisman, he rekt absolute shit, i dunno what bug ur talkin about he is still to break the game. Great so far i just need to kno what talisman are great for him

So jealous. I've wanted the child of the damned since I first saw it. Best I've got from a rare soul is the angel of fear 4* and two run to the hills Eddie 3*... I love the run to the hills Eddie but compared to soldier Eddie he's a wimp

Ye run to the hills eddie needs a serious buff, he may actually the weakest eddie. I like how the child of the damned (warrior or assasin) looks like a mini eddie

Yeah, got him too several times and Speed of Light Eddie a lot of times. But I've sold the duplicates.

Another one that I've got it several times, but sold them all (and regret now), was the Allied Soldier. I've found later (from my troopers) that it's a very useful character to have.

Oh well...

But apart from that, I've got nothing useful from the shards.

I have two lvl 60 allied soldiers. One has max skills and max lvl 40 talismans... He is a beast!! Highly recommend him

My main setup is soldier Eddie, allied soldier and angel of fear. Or two allied soldiers ... Wicked combos

Im was using allies general, demon dog and soldier Eddie and now i switched to the same thing but child instead of demon dog, the dog served me well, he ysed to crit for up to 12k

I tried him as a Champion Trooper and he still feels powerful...but I guess it could be the effect of me playing Speed of Light & Wickerman Eddie recently.

well isnt like 70% of your char's stats made up of his op 5* talisman? Statwise a fully lvled carriage rider with maxed talismen should be good enough to last aleast in underworld hard, what i find stupid is them nerfing carriage rider and leaving soldier, did they buff any chars except pharoah eddie?

I still prefer carriage rider as my first choice Eddie. His special with full enemy team debuff, and full team buff is definately my favorite. Not to mention it strips off all those pesky reflect shields!

They have definitely nerfed him as i wasnt using any op talismans just a full set of all arcane paladins, before the nerf carriage was my fav eddie but now im using soldier to farm as much quicker, bit weird that they didnt nerf soldier as everyone has got him and carriage is only availbale from souls so you would think these would be a little stronger.

Yeah rare Eddie doesn't means stronger Eddie...Aces High simply looks good and can be consider as weaker version of Soldier Eddie...His only AOE is his Fury move.

Ye right now the common eddies are shining, take holy smoke and soldier for example, holy smoke can sometimes clear a whole wave in one turn cuz of his chain knuckle, soldier eddie can... Well hes soldier eddie, no need for explanation

Tailgunner can't heal, Aces High no AOE, Visions can't deal decent damage, Carriage can't carry his weight around anymore.

yeah from what ive seen carriage and soldier are by far the best, havent delved into hunter yet or samurai but so far not to impressed with both

Samurai and rainmaker are good from what ive seen, ive heard rainmaker has like 5k special so he can use his fury every turn! Samurai deals decent damage and can sometimes clear a whole round if ur lucky with his first basic. Ive never seen vampire hunter but he has revives which is imo great, dunno about his dmg thou

I think they took a step in the right direction by buffing pharaoh eddie. I had him and he was just OK, now he's amazing. His revive was always good, but now they made his invincible AOE & increased his damage -he's what he should have been!

I hope the other Eddies that lack get this kind of treatment too.

All of the assassin eddies have very little wiggle room when it comes to pairing them with allies. You have to have the right type of ally or you won't get much out of them. That said, both assassin Eddies are very good if built right. I think Rainmaker Eddie's high Special is a bug. The warrior Eddies are all good, except I feel run to the hills is a bit lacking (unless you pair him with the right allies). The gunner Eddies are good too, as are the Magus ones. The Sentinel Eddies are a mixed bag: Pharaoh Eddie is amazing, Mummy Eddie is ok, and Visions Eddie is near or at the bottom of the totem pole. Basically, for all of the assassin Eddies and most of the Sentinel Eddies you have to pick your allies wisely or they won't seem very useful. All others have much more wiggle room when it comes to allies (except Run to the Hills Eddie).
