been farming LoL VII-X for two cycles now, haven't gotten a single *** red evo shard. Is my game glitched or is anyone else having this problem?

woo, don't i feel dumb now. just finally got one after running through X four times. never mind!

i have this problem since the last update.. now *** coloured evo shards are VERY rare to drop in LOL dungeons
i always play X level and got once every 10 fights maybe.........
