Soldier Eddie's Skill Shard Lost Upgrade

I just realized that my Soldier's Eddie's Barrage skill did not hold all its upgrades. A while back, I used skill shards to upgrade it to the max level. Now it says it's at Level 5 instead of Level 6, and the levels are misnumbered... they seem to skip LVL 4. You can see in the pic. First the Talisman roll backs, and now the skill shards? This is way worse, considering how rare skill shards are.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I don't want to drop another skill shard if they will fix the bug....

I've encountered this problem. I had Barrage at lvl 3 and then used a Skill Shard to upgrade it to lvl 4. Now the skill appears to be at lvl 4 (as the number by the icon indicates), but it didn't get the damage boost, since that only happens at lvl 5, apparently, with lvl 4 being skipped.
