Awesome dude! That's about the same as my maxes back when I played football, etc, but I was maybe 10-15kg less across the board. Makes me want to get back in the gym :)

Yep! Also pretty close :) Tough when the weights are double/triple your weight haha Used to leg press like 400% of my body weight. Dynamite comes in small packages!

For sure! Was blessed with speed as well, one of the fastest sprinters in my state growing up in track and field. I remember dudes 4-5 years older than me talking mad shit before races and I'd leave em in the dust. That look of surprise and disbelief after was priceless haha Keep up the good work man!
