I noticed I'm 25 soul frags away from the Fragment Finder X Achievement (sitting at 5.975k), so I play another 10 rounds of the Arena. After winning most of them, which should have put me over, my total hasn't changed. It doesn't look like these event soul fragments add towards the achievement. :(
