Exalted Sacrifice Test: 40,000

So I finally pulled enough disposable toons to hit 40k in the pit and wanted to share my results below: I was really hoping for some skill shards but, well that's my luck. But the rewards were still pretty amazing to behold nevertheless. I cashed them all in and got back my Pharaoh Dog King, Assassin NboL, and Gunner Golden Son. My only real loss is Beezy but I had a spare I got from my 5th Eternity soul, only difference is the one I have now isn't sharded, but an acceptable loss as I don't have any uses for him. But I also got a Sentinel Chopper and Magus Trickster so welcome to those new guys. Other notable toons are a dupe SSD, Wickerman, Gunner CotD, and Angel of Pain.

You'd think that cashing in 65 souls total would give me more than just 1 5*, especially with that 5* being someone I JUST gave away...377437753776

Yea, u can now make a big asscgart that accurately shows how the sacrifice drop rate works, and how to get whatever u want whenever u want from it.

M8 u dont even know how many times i open a rare soul, purple death happens and then shitty ass wicker man eddie pops out, ive opened about 13 4* so far and no 5* since i got my rainmaker from the immorta soul event.

I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but now I think that these changes are a massive improvement to sacrifice.

Well now to see what doubling an ultimate sacrifice looks like. 10 natural 5* Eddies will be required. And I'm nowhere near close to that, no way I'm getting rid of my only ones anyways. So I'll wait for 10 dupes to come along and then I'll throw them in for 100,000 essence. Holy cow that's enough for a whole ring fill I think, whoever has that much essence to give might not even need the rewards that follow, but I'm just so curious to see what would come out of it.

A lot of saving up. I had 30 or so rare souls I dropped, plus rare g/a, magus, warrior and sentinel souls. When they announced store limits I bought a lot with my trooper badges. Now back to hoarding again. :cool:

If I had 50k in essence to spend, I would likely put 40k of that into a tier 6 just because 6 reward rolls are generally more in quantity than 3 in a tier 7 (unless you have 100k, then that's the obvious answer) I don't know how many legendary souls you get from tier 7 and if someone gets some I'd like to know how many because that would definitely sway me into doing a tier 7 if it's at least 5 or more. Still, I dunno if they'd reduce the shard numbers, they probably changed it to this high in the first place to give us all a break from twisting their arms about it, and I'm certainly glad they did. Now it feels like I'm getting an equal reward for high sacs.

When I did my first tier 7 sac, all I got were 2 legendary souls. I was pretty pissed, and didn't even get anything good. Correction, I pulled FotD Eddie, whom I hadn't received yet, but still. Right now my interests are on getting skill shards and legendary souls specifically, so it's nice to know they're in high reward now.

Just a heads up, I had several stacks of rare souls and cashed in a single rare souls. There was no option to select 10 or all, but upon cashing in the single soul, all my rare souls got cashed in (30 or so). :mad:

I did a tier v sac today and got 4 warrior and 4 sentinel souls, filled the vortex and got 2 legendary souls, 15 GA souls and 2 skill shards. Best I got from it all was a green butterball that I didn't have. I basically traded four 4* toons for that, a purple artillery dog and 2 green bats smh.

I will be doing another 40k sacrifice after the Ox Cultist event and will post my results here.

well that's bad luck i guess, and the legendary were also some random dupes. i think NF still likes to overrate and overprice legendaries and g/a souls. yeah they can drop the ultimate chars, but they just drop extremly seldom ;)

Sacrifice is a trash bin. I’ve done a couple 7s in the past, not worth it. Sometimes I’ll save for a 6, but they’re also barely worth it. I don’t really care though. It’s better than selling dupes for gold, which is what we used to do. I just dump my garbage regularly these days and take whatever it gives me.

I’ve been pretty blown away by some of the things people are willing to throw in there. To each their own though. Everyone can play the game however they choose. I’m glad I kept one of everything I’ve ever gotten. It comes in handy for these missions.

Yesterday I decided to change the way I did sacrifices. Since basically it's been trading these 4 stars for other 4 stars, I decided to just keep everyone I get and only sacrifice the actual dupes of those I already have. I also made a chart on which type of character should go in what kind of sacrifice.

Exalted 20k:
4* WMS Non Eddie

4* GA Non Eddie (Shards)

Ultimate 50k:
