PVP - Win given to the losing team

A couple of day ago in two match I won and yet the win was handed to the the losing team, moreover I also lost 16 points each time.
And no, I am not mistaken about the results, I had four characters still standing.

Did the game crash/ freeze at any time? Then it’s always counted as loss. Didn’t here about other bug so far.

That's exactly the point, there was no crash or freeze, nothing out of the ordinary happened and yet the win went tot the losing team. I simply won, period.

This happened to me last week.
Not sure how or if I lost any points, but at the defeat screen it showed us both ranked the damned, with zero points lost/gained for both of us (I was dualist I)

I play on Zenphone by ASUS, my laptop doesn't cope well with emulators.
I remember the name of one of them, Andrè, but not the carachter in his team.
Having lost two more matches does not change my life or my ranking but it can be quite frustrating if you like to win and a serious issue for the top ranker.

It happened again yesterday. Even tough I won, at the end of the fight both of us were shown with zero point earned or lost and, on the attack list, the opponent was still available, my point lower than before the match, and his point higher. Just in case, this time, I took note of the characters in both team and the list of my talisman set; if this bug is caused by any of these elements at least I can give you a starting point.

It happens to me when for some reason it removes on of my characters, so it's 2 vs 3. I still says I won, but counted as a loss, lost streak, and showed opponent as fight, instead of victory or defeat
