Angel of Strife - Green Bat

Does not stun anymore. It say 20% and I normally raise accuracy first and after that the Green Bat should have 3x 45% stun chance on opponent. I haven't seen AoS stun an enemy all week (172 attacks by now) ...

Possible but highly highly unlikely so I would say: bug

It's not just the bats... Many character passive abilities are failing to trigger often. They still occur, but at a MUCH lower rate. For example the Assassin Corrupt Droid should Void Shield on perfect attacks. 1 in 5 attacks it fails to. The Magus Corrupt Rescuer should steal beneficial buffs.. it fails to do so 50% of the time now.
