Percentage freeze on level99 0%

Isn't max level 100?Mine freeze on 0% level 99,what to do?Contact support?

It's just a visual issue. You're still climbing to 100, it just doesn't show the xp. A couple of days at most of grinding and you'll hit 100. And no more rewards for ranking up.
