Ability to - ONCE a day - send a minimal message to your troopers.... Nothing more than 100-150 characters and, again, just once a day.
This would be helpful to announce things like extended vacations, trooper needs for missions, tell troopers what I offer for missions, changing trooper needs (i.e. I only want Eddie troopers, non-Eddies will be removed).
Could be a pop up or alternatively, a tab in the Trooper screen to show messages from your troopers (badged when there's a new message)
Other than the forum.. there's no real way to communicate with troopers, and few are actually on the forums.
Even just once a week would be nice.
