Soul fragments screen missing

After purchasing soul fragments when I go to the book of souls screen the fragments button is missing. Anyone else experienced this?

I experienced this yesterday. Just played a few campaign battles and checked back and it was there again. Haven't had it happen since.

Happened to me a few times, had to close the app and restart for it to appear. Just tried again and all ok
