Trooper Eddie freezes

I think something is wrong with Trooper Eddie. I only have game freezes when using him. Amarthir reported something similar. I used him in two days ago in the Talisman skull quests together with AOF and MUR when the game froze thrice. Twice I used a trooper (kkkreg's AOF) and funny enough though the game froze I could use kkkreg's AOF again (did that get changed? Until now I had the impression badges were lost if the game froze. Anyhow back to Eddie). Once I didn't use any trooper. I couldn't see any regularity behind it was when the moved to the next wave once and once when I used Eddies Fury.

yesterday the same thing game only froze when using Trooper Eddie and just now again in the arena. Was fighting with an allied general, gunner dog and magus corrput rescuer used Eddies fury and there went the game.

Did anybody else experience similar things with him?
