SQ menu bugged

Since yesterday, every time I play through available SQs and go back to menu, the quests are shown as still playable. When trying to play, what ofc is not possible, Error PVTE01 appears and game has to be restarted.

I haven’t had it happen to me recently, but I have seen this one before. I know it’s a pain, but have you tried reinstalling yet?

I had that a long time ago and turns out it's one of the few bugs that can be solved by just reinstalling.

Reinstalled the game yesterday to save 2 GB of storage place. Now it seems like that this has just caused the problem. Maybe I’ll give it another try when it still appears after holidays. Don’t really care about it atm. Thanks guys!
