View Full Version : Help to get main Eddies back!

Up the Irons, fellow troopers!

In an attempt to fill the vortex when sacrifice was introduced, I sacrificed my holy smoke Eddie, my Wicker Man Eddie and my Grim Reaper Eddie! Up until recently, I only regret in retrospective sacrificing my GRE, until missions were introduced requiring some of these Eddies to complete! Since they are not available through rare souls, I can't seem to find a way to get them back without starting with a different account and losing my progress in the game.

Anyone has any solution in mind? If not, can the devs come up with something for stupid gits like myself?

Email support, they should be able to help you out. You'll have to trade an Eddie for each Eddie, but should be able to use a dupe mummy or rtth. Don't know this from personal experience, but pretty sure that's the solution that others reported.

NF REALLY needs to make it impossible to sacrifice Eddies which are later required or unachievable through souls.

I’ve tried contacting support about sacrificing my grim reaper eddie, and they wouldn’t do anything but pretty much say sorry about your luck. Not very helpful.

I have swapped 2 eddies with help from support in the last few days and my request was dealt with quickly and easily 👍

After the feedback from the other troopers I'm getting really worried because I send a kind reminder and still got no response. Would it be too much to ask Leviathan to check the status of my request? If you didn't receive it, can you contact me through the forum?

Support can take a couple days to respond. You often just need to be patient.

If that's the case, I have no problem waiting a couple more days. After all, I did brought this upon myself. ;-)

Really, I tend to give them 4 days to a week before sending another email. They can get flooded with requests. They've never failed to get back to me though. Sometimes it just takes an extra day or two.

Well, long story short, I was probably contacting them through an e-mail account that was ending up in the underworld of spam mail. I tried sending the e-mail from another account I own and the reply was almost instant.

I'm back being a happy puppy. :D

same situation for me, may this trade work out for my crew please edsel-3356 is sending email now to michelle
