How about creating a public bug tracker like Youtrack / Jira or opening your own bug tracker to the public ?

Here is the scenario for people that don't know what a bug tracker is: User encounters a bug, opens the bug tracker and searches for the issue. If not found, She/he can enter a new issue with details (platform, version, specific battle/ally etc) and wait for devs to comment and work on it. If there is already an issue with the same bug, team can close it with status 'duplicate'. If she/he finds the issue, can see the status of it (open, in progress, fixed, waiting for release, duplicate etc), see and add comments, vote for it etc.

So there will no duplicates in the forum; workarounds, pictures, videos, possible solutions about a particular bug will be in the same place.

I think this would be better for both players and the team instead of searching bugs in the forum. Also new feature requests can be entered if wanted/allowed by the team.

Actually this is a good idea. There are many same topics in the forum, and it becomes more and more difficult to find what you are looking for when a player creates a topic without searching it.
