The Game does not start with my Profile

When loading my profile, the game makes a loop in the starting screen while loads the "screens" (it remains in the same place showing differents names above the blue line).

I uninstall and reinstall the game and try in a different device too.
But it's always the same.

I think the problem is in my profile, because when I reinstall the game and start it with a new user, it works OK.

But when trying to load my profile, the problem appears.

I bought the Founders Pack, an Evolve Pack, and I can't play for this issue. Someone can help me with this?
I have this problem since last Monday.

LeanX this is a problem a bunch of us have had (myself included) you need to email the dev team. It needs to be fixed manually, so it might ta\ke them a few days to get to you, but hang tight and try not to worry.
