What time does the pvp rankings reset and what day?

That depends on where you are 😉
In Germany it‘s Sunday 1 am CET winter time, so very bad 😬

....whatever time the day normally rolls over for you. On Saturday if you are in the western hemisphere :)

here.... West coast, US.. it rolls over at 4pm Saturday.
