Swap toons

Do you think it would ever be possible in future updates to swap toons with other players? Reason im thinking this is that I have just dropped my second prisoner in the last few weeks and I know some players have been waiting for him for months/years!!

They won’t do it. They just want you to spend your money so they can laugh about you not getting anything. That’s my experience thus far it seems.
