Counterstrike glitch

So just a few minutes ago whilst playing some arena, I had Wrath and Seventh Son Eddie on my attacking team.

I have my Wrath setup with strike talismans. The enemy team gets first go, hits me and Wrath does the counterstrike. Simple enough so far.

But then when I used Seventh Son's Ascend ability (which grants accession to the whole team), that somehow triggered another counterstrike move from Wrath AND he still had his turn apparently unaffected, allowing me to effectively finish off the fight with just one Ascend from Seventh Son and what is basically two hits from Wrath IN ONE TURN.

This sort of thing could seriously affect arena battles, worth taking a look at it ASAP.

Did the other team apply debuffs? Revenge and counterstrike are both triggering from debuff effects that cause damage (grievous burn, shock, etc).
