Twisted Trade not maxing fury

Hi Sparton,
love the new SoL :)
I always liked the looks , but now it's really competetive and fun to play.
However the Twisted Trade power move does instantly maximize the Fury Meter when killing an enemy, please take a look at it.

Noticed that too, I think the word "Max Fury" can be missleading, what I have noticed is that if you kill someone with that skill, you gain a really high amount of Fury meter, so I was asking myself if the "Max Fury" you gain, is the max amount the game allows you to get (think as if you have a really high special stat) or if its intended to fully fill the Fury meter (in which case is not working as intended).

Indeed, some clarification regarding this will be really welcome, rocking the 299,792,458 m/s since the patch, and loving every minute.

There's an effect chance boost on that move which tells me there may be a percentage to maxing the fury meter. However, I have seen it Max from lower places so it definitely does do it's job, just not in the way it's advertised.
