Milk Runs- Farming for rez.

I have been attempting to do milk Runs- "Farming for resources", however after like 10 runs (Repeating higher levels for better rewards) I come across the usual error.... it would seem after I quit the game for an hour or slightly less I can resume...
* is that Normal??* and sometimes I change my Eddies and run into the same error ....time and time again...
