Which toons can lower accuracy

For the new event I need to lower accuracy but I do not have cyborg eddie. What other toons can achieve this?

Red pharaoh dog has it as a passive if you've got that - applies to all enemies at the start of the round.

Blue bat is great for this! Also good: Crimson Dog! Unfortunately I don't have him because of the reset 'bug' of some missions :(

The green Valkyrie can do it on her basic attack.

Fear of the Dark Eddie's Preying Claw basic attack will drop accuracy if the target ends up below 50% health.

Cyborg Eddie Beam Attack - All enemies
Val, Valk Guardian Sentinal - Starblind Skill - 3 hits random damage all enemies 35% chance Lower
Krampus - Thrash 65% Lower - single target
Angel of Pain Magus- Skewer - all enemies - lowers for 1 turn
Gunner Desert Golem - Acrid Smoke as per Soldier Eddie

Hello, i want to share some help on this.
The people is bringing a lot of toons that are actually 4* or 5* stars, which not everybody have.

Of course if you already have Cyborg, Witch Doctor or Angel of Doom (magus) is very easy because they have a good chance to Low Accuracy.

Now if you don't have 1 of them, remember that the Possesed Rockets (Warrior and Gunner) have 50% or 60% chance to Low Accuracy (i can't rememer well the amount right now)
The rockets are 3*, so they are easy to get if you don't have one, almost the warrior one if you don't have G/A Souls.

About Lower Power Effects, there is Alliance General, Gunner Undead Rescuer and Assassin Corrupt Rescuer.
If you don't have any of them you can use Energy Talismans of course.

Magic Burns, the best is Allied Bomber (Gunner or Sentinel) or Wickerman Eddie.
