PVP Buffs Broken

So I know this isn't new, but I've recently noticed I cannot play certain characters in PVP due to the fact they give buffs to the enemy. For instance, Wrath's basic attack heals the enemies when it consumes Marks, rather than my team. Same goes for Hallowed Eddie. "The Truth" hands golden buffs over to the enemy, making it nigh impossible to win if you're using it as a last resort. Can NF explain why this has happened?

It was part of the last update. Apparently there was an issue where part of the logic was reversed. So they fixed it, but all the toons that relied on the reversed logic are now broken. So, traded one issue for a new one.

You must be a newish player so I'm glad to help: introducing new bugs with every single update is normal and you will get used to it.

Fixing old bugs or bugs in general is quite rare.

But because there is no new content since forever the introduction of new bugs (or reintroduction of old bugs) really is the only entertainment that piece of scam provides.
