When I steal the effect of the Fate talisman with Visions Eddie, next turn the opponent has a new effect from it.
Shouldn't it stay stolen??

Well, you're stealing the buff.. not the talismans. Visions keeps his stolen buff until it expires. It's the talisman that places the buff on the character each turn.
