1. Let troopers battle in the area.
This would make it easier to use all 50 per day.
2. Allow for a 24hr trooper rental and a weekly rental.
Of course, there would have to be an additional rental spot for daily troopers. This would also help the 50 per day ( if you did not have a long term rental being used). It would also help the newer players, so they could over come the gap between new and long term players.
Special weekly and daily rental rates must also be given. Not too much, but not cheap also. These would be paid by the team doing the renting.
Also you should not be allowed to rent the same trooper more than once
