Arena victory turns to defeat

sometimes when I win in the arena, it says VICTORY in the end screen but it shows me losing points and only getting 1 arena coin instead of 10. I also lose my win streak and when I go back to the attack menu I have to replay the battle despite winning it already. anyone else?

It is a known bug. If you report it to support, you can claim the lost IC.

Not seen that one yet but heard others mention it on here.

It happened to me two or three time some months ago. I don't think it's a common bug but every now and then It may happen.

I get it every day, sometimes several times in a row... I haven't managed to defeat all 10 arena matches a single time in the past 2 months. I wouldn't be playing arena matches anymore if relics weren't around. Does anyone know a way to make it less severe?

I’ve had this several times. Submitted a ticket over a week ago, but have yet to hear back with a resolution.

This seems to happen when the battle has trouble loading because of a server issue. If this happens, try hitting the x to close the notice pop up instead of ok. This appears to be a work around.

I rarely get the pop up, more often than not i just lose points in the 'Victory' screen. This week i had trouble reaching 1700 points. My goal for the first time is just to make it to 1900...
