Talked to Sparton and he recommended me to share these thoughts of me and some cool guys about chars that are used and chars that are benched.
Just want to get your guys reply and see if some of this points are only a dreaminess of mine.
Lets make things organized in numbers to make it easy:
1 - Astra:
Power move is way to much for simple 5 power
Suggestions: Increased power move cost.
2 - Warrior Lilith:
TO MUCH damage to be able to get Echo from talismans
Suggestions:Damage reduction.
3 - Sentinel Lilith:
She got no damage and her powermove is poor, she should revive chars with at least 50% hp and have the power cost reduced to 5 compensating her incredibly useless damage, you know, she hit like a
cotton swab. Not to mension her talisman colour, I think that will be much more usefull with a dif set if we know that her do no damage.
Suggestions:More healing power or/plus power skill reduction cost.
4 - Halloweddie:
Needs an attention, he simply can't be part of a good team, chars are not made to be paired with him in this and last 2 or 3 metas. Maybe change some skills to aoe damage, one or two (including basic)
Suggestions:Rework to fit actual days, no one cares about him, poor guy with nice art.
5 - Carriage Rider Eddie:
Need a serious love, poor CR... he needs THAT remake to make him a possible Eddie for arena as a "Multiple Enemy Stat Destroyer" (we need some Mages for arena).
Suggestions:Rework to fit actual days.
6 - Bastion:
Well, hes simply a piece of garbage. A total buff is needed. Im ok with his skill set.
Suggestions:Increased soul potential in sacrifice to like, 20000. Jokes apart need a rework!
7 - Lady Azov:
Do need some buff to, maybe a buff in % of her passive (one of the worst in actual game)
Suggestions: Passive change (maybe check %)
8 - Warrior Corrupt Rescuer:
Her damage is simply the worst... Idk how a char with that much SS investment and % of damage can do a so little damage. Even her additional true damage is to low.
Suggestions: Increased damage.
9 - Ragna:
Power attack is fine, just need a little buff on damage. About her Basic, damage is ok, but I think that it should need a better %, 35% almost never triggers.
Suggestions:Attention to basic % and damage buff to power.
10 - Warrior Troll:
With all of meta changes and new chars, the Red Troll seems to need a rework to like.
Suggestions:Grant golden shields or/plus perfect immunity with power move.
11 - Shaman Eddie:
Have great potential, but this talisman set should be changed asap, just like Beel in the past.
Suggestions:Increased damage overall and mandatory talisman change.
12 - Rainmaker Eddie:
Hes not a "Single target Assassin" as his description says... Some skills should be reworked or buffed with some additions, specially his fury.

13 - The Wicker Man:
He have a real potential, but not to be usefull these days, just a little adjustments in his skills would make him great.
Suggestions:People seems to be happy with him like he is, maybe its just something me that can't see his true power.
14 - Assassin Troll:
Acc up from passive be a golden buff.
Suggestions:Power move which already steal buff 100% normal and gold buffs.... Permadeth with charge (guaranteed by perfect hit)on basic.
15 - Newborn of Light:
His powermove is so useless today, its so many invested skillshards for a poor bonus that can be stolen or removed with a blink of an eye. His assassin brother have a extremelly more usefull powermove that costs ZERO skillshards.
Suggestions: Needed.

I'll go point per point like you...
1- Astra move, either 6 or 7 power... Or clensable beneficial block?
2- Red Lilith somewhat but as some said, it'd keep echo for those who already have & block others from doing so by changing slots..
3- Green Lilith personally don't mind her damages or lack of.. But 1/4 of HP on revive for 7 points.. It's hard to heal after making it somewhat useless... Maybe 5-6 points or a better heal upon revival..
4- Hallowed... Poor him, he's cool but he truly lack good synergies the way he is..
5- CR.... Personally not much to say, he's nice with the right team..
6- Bastion... He's good... For sacrifice lol... Really need a rework..
7- Azof... Yes & no, in good conditions she hits like a freight train but it's a hit or miss..
8- WcR... Nothing to say lack of experience with
9- Ragna.. Nothing to say lack of experience too..
10- Red Troll... A former PvP star collecting dust, maybe it's time for him to have his magma shield back just saying..
11- Shaman, lack of experience..
12- Had some ideas for the guy, sent those directly to Sparton couple times ago... It included permadeth on basic & perfect immortality instead of perfect immunity on crackle... Some other adjustment here & there... I may post in rainmaker thread..
13- Wicker man.. Unsure if he needs a buff or the right team...

This considerations of you made me think some things out.
2 - This is a problem that we had since the beggining, why not remove the talisman that no match to the colour when the talisman set is reworked?
10 - What do you think about some of the new Shields?
12 - Liked your ideas about this one, will follow your thread!
13 - Considering his potential and passive I will always go for AG instead of him.

11. shaman can removevshields and get an extra turn, awesome one would think, untill you realize that he hits like my dead grandma...buff his damage and change the slots so we can use him in a reasonable way...
12. one on the rarest chars in the whole game who eats the most shards of all toons is just a weak copy of VHE...just sad to see...do something usefull with fevor, so that the assassin troll gets usefull too...
13.wickerman is a great autofarmer, but no pvp material unfortunatly...

Depending on your needs, with the right team his ignite is a real powerful tool..
You'll surely face some more or less polite critics for that post but you are right, using less than 10% of a rooster shouldn't happen.. Even my Gimp is being benched for month's... But that's another story lol

Specially about
5 - Not only his Ghost, but think about his heal that extend benefficials on allies also reduce benefficials on enemies! Its a good start! But what worry me more about him are his useless and damageless basics :(
9 - Do you think her procs from basic ok? Or a little low? I think that increase it to 40 or 45% seems reasonable.
10 - Yellow shield? This would be very interesting!!
11 - His damage is a ridiculously low, didn't say that but you got a good point!

1 - Astra:
Personally, in order to make everyone happy, I'd be fine with a 6 point cost, but I still think we should wait until those "grey cleansing characters" are released and see what we think.

2 - Red Lilith:
Her damage is so high because of physical charge, but I suppose I can agree that perhaps mandatory green slots would be good for her. I don't even have her so I don't have a good set idea.
3 - Green Lilith:
She's on my attack team and I absolutely love her as she is, but in order to create more flexibility, I'd say tuning her to deal more damage is a fine idea, as for talisman color slots, it depends on what colors you want. And her revive skill, 50% seems like an okay change,
4 - Halloweddie:
His fury is absolutely incredible, however nothing else at all about him is good.. like at all. So he could use a decent rework with some new status effects and AOE damage..
5 - Carriage Rider Eddie:
I've been fighting for him for many months now. He carried me through story mode long ago and I always loved his fury. Nowadays, he just sucks. He's so outdated that he can't even autofarm without being killed.
6 - Bastion:
I never used Bastion and maybe that's why he should be buffed.
7 - Lady Azov:
I think she's pretty cool, she can regenerate alot of health with the right build. But to be honest, all 3 troopers seem more like 4* or even just high tier 3* characters. That's how poor they seem. Trooper Eddie seems cool though... For now.
8 - Red Corrupt Rescuer:
Well I don't use this chick and I hardly see her in PvP, so I can't really give an opinion on what needs to change.
9 - Ragna:
Her counterstrike procs kind of often whenever I'm fighting her. She's the only Valkyrie who I've never had before.
10 - Red Troll:
A Golden shield would be a nice change for this old beast.
11 - Shaman Eddie:
I do really like Shaman Eddie and back when his fury was broken, I thought it was alot of fun, when it applied all 3 effects it gave a real sense of danger.
12 - Rainmaker Eddie:
He was my favorite "looking" Eddie when I first started. When I finish my shadow talisman set I'm going to try them out on him to see if they make him PvP material. But any buff would be a good buff in my opinion.
13 - The Wicker Man:
Maybe if he caused ignite more often and gave out Permadeth like you mentioned. That would be cool.

Great idea!, give him permadeath in some basic skill, it would be extremely useful against all the immortality that there is in the pvp right now.
Im also waiting to get the shadow talismans, I think they fit perfectly in him, but damn he really needs some help

anytime man. personally i think procs in the range of 25-45% are reasonable. i like the 35% mark since you can counter this with an accuracy debuff, but this is just my opinion. 20% seems indeed somewhat low for her. so a slight buff might be okay

The Wicker Man can be pretty good on an auto farm team if you put guardian/stone/Hunter sets on him. He's probably my second or third favorite to pair with the red bat (also with a hunter set) in PvE. He's even with the green general for me. I think my fastest run on AMOLAD was on manual with the Wicker Man. Permadeath might be ok though.
Storm Eddie needs an AI rework. He can be pretty awesome with a magic team on manual, but on auto he is useless. He needs to use Haze as much as possible instead of the DOT skills.
Lady Azov is by far the best of the trooper characters, and she hits fairly hard. She isn't good for PvE, but she can be annoying in PvP with the right team.
Ragna: I pulled her last week, but put her away after getting her to L80. She's ok, but not great at anything. In pvp I just stun and steal the counterstrike. :-p
CR Eddie does need some help. He used to be good, but he's either fallen behind the times or been nerfed somewhere along the line. Kind of funny since he was the first Eddie I pulled when I came back. Rushed him to 5 stars, was severely disappointed. His AI is pretty bad as well. Using a single target power move every chance it gets? Hilarious.

I think Red Liliths Taliaman slots should be kept the same, just scale her damage back if it’s too powerful.
She’s a high damage attacker and should hit hard, 3 mandatory greens would ruin that and also increase her health. Scale her damage output down if it’s too powerful and or reduce her health so she’s easier to kill. Risk v Reward in your Talisman set up.

So, he needs a big health + magic boost. Plus, some tweaks at his skills, let’s say that Ghost should grant him perfect immunity & Torch should remove debuffs + heals randomly 1 to 3 of his allies.

Hes not a "Single target Assassin" as his description says... Some skills should be reworked or buffed with some additions, specially his fury. // I havent’used him too much yet, but he should be reworked, as he isn’t reliable even in PvE, as I’ve lost some missions with him as leader...
13 - The Wicker Man:
He have a real potential, but not to be usefull these days, just a little adjustments in his skills would make him great. // I don’t have him sharded to use him in the Arena, but judging of his skills, he should be very useful if some tweaks are done, at his skills and maybe a bit of a health boost.

The red Lilith simply has too much damage. I'm for scaling that back a bit and leaving the talisman slots as is. Risk vs reward as the person above said.

great one, this is much easier to implement than a yellow shield, very solid idea. like the purple troll suggestion too, if they allow him to steal everything and buff favour along with rainmaker, he would be really cool. and he deserves to be cool imo...

Think he ment with Troll power move which already steal buff 100%.... Imagine stealing gold buff on power & permadeth with charge on basic.... He'll be everywhere lol

do you think it would be too much? stealing every buff regardless of the colour for 5 power and single target sounds reasonable to me...togther with single target permadeath i would say it might be okay...in theory...

Magus Chopper - Final Touch 6 Power - Steal All Beneficial Effects from the enemy, transfer all negative effects from you to the enemy, Inflict Perfect Corruption 2 turns, 30% Extra turn and has passive to Permadeath/Mark/Curse random enemy every turn. I think he should steal golden buffs too and you would see more of him in PVP. I used him for a good while but now he warms the bench. 5 Power would be a bit much but look at what is already out there for 6.
As for ol Wicker Man - he was in my first runs for PVP. I always thought he was just under where he needed to be but equipped with some Thorn/Hunter sets I was able to win some fights. I fully sharded him and with the 50% to lower Def and Soldier Eddie backing him up with Barrage, they can really lay some AoE damage down. I use him in PVE sometimes because his passives really shine when you always go first. I rarely use Devastate but I could see it's potential. I would love to see ignite replaced with permadeath and that alone would really push him up in terms of usage.

Several ways she could be fixed. Increase the power cost. Reduce the damage and make it only affect 1 or 2 toons.
1a - Eda:
Since a couple of Valkyries made the list I thought she should as well. She was nerfed on her passive and then her passive became simply a way to give the opposing team's Visions PI. Maybe could change her passive to a 35% chance to grant PI to a random ally each turn. Or, to make her the real counter to Astra could make her cleanse work on the silver debuffs.
2 - Warrior Lilith:
I agree she needs to be scaled back a bit on the damage.
3 - Sentinel Lilith:
Only encountered her in PvP. With her basic inflicting perfect corruption I'm not really sure much change is in order. She seems to be effective at drawing out battles.
4 - Hallowed Eddie:
Not used him based on feedback in the forums so don't have any experience with him.
5 - Carriage Rider Eddie:
Never used him so don't really know what he needs.
6 - Bastion:
I like the increased sacrifice value idea, I was thinking the same thing as I've pulled him all but 3 times. He definitely needs a major buff to be useful.
7 - Lady Azov:
Not used her, but facing her in the arena I know she can be pretty deadly. Not sure she needs a tweak right now.
8 - Warrior Corrupt Rescuer:
Not used her.
9 - Ragna:
I've used her a little bit against certain teams and wouldn't mind a slight buff, but think she's ok for offense at least.
10 - Warrior Troll:
Give him back the magma shield. Maybe let him grant regular immunity on his power move.
11 - Shaman Eddie:
Only used him for farming when his fury was broken.
12 - Rainmaker:
Change his name to Benchwarmer.
13 - The Wicker Man:
Only played around with him farming Sentinel LoL so no opinion.
14 - Assassin Troll:
Not used him.
My assessment is they should all get some form of rework as the ones in the list that I have are all benchwarmers for a reason. :D

You can also steal her damage charge buff.. making her less of an issue.
.... and boost your team potentially. I mean. I'd like to thank everyone using Strike talismans.. it means I never need to actually equipment on my team to get the benfits. :)

I agree, I’ve used her on my Offensive team and she’s not overkill. Plenty of ways to counter her damage and the damage she has been dealing, with Echo Talismans and fully sharded, has not been crazy. Seems fair enough for a 5* area damager.

The problem is when you don't get the first turn, and she sits there going over and over again until your team is wiped. If I got the first turn, I wouldn't bother with blocking buffs. I'd just take her out.
It's pretty stupid that they churn out stupid overpowered characters like this when they give the AI such heavy boosts. Either take away the AI boosts, or quit putting or characters that are so obviously out of balance that it's obvious to everyone.

Wholeheartedly agree. She is so annoying with her constant Revenge and again today she REVENGED on her own ally turn. So she went twice on my turn and then twice on her turn. No Echo Talismans were present on anyone.

That is possible a bug also, sometime you see counter/revenge but nothing is happening. The counter/revenge comes with the next turn.

yeah PI should do that at least, imo normal immunity too, then everything would be all right on that front...
Seems the only counter is ... revive.
Although the effect of this on the 2xHP buff is really unnoticeable, so perhaps that is meant to be the counter given PoM Eddie grants that and the new W Soldier starts with it.

I am not so sure I agree that it should be blocked. At least by regular Immunity. If we are using that same logic then SSE Fury should be blocked by Immunity as well since most other fury's are blocked by Immunity. Like Viking and Visions can both be blocked Yet SSE can steal EVERY Buff and make coffee and hit you for 20K when there is no Crit buff involved. I would also swear when he used Fury today he just randomly gave himself and everyone else Perfect Immortality, even though it wasn't on the board anywhere.

That's part of his base fury skill. Grants Perfect Immortality to team. His fury doesn't "steal" that, it grants it.

SSE will steal your buffs unless you have Perfect Immunity, that's why I think it's more important for these new types of attacks. PoM Eddie can do wonders for his own team like giving them PI and Invincibility in the same turn. Along with a rainbow of other effects and a nuclear fury move that erases all effects in the battle.
What if the health decrease was treated as a silver debuff? That way it can be blocked but it can't be easily removed either until more of those silver debuff counters come out?

I went a sacrifice spree which I regretted highly, so I created a new lotb acc. I had a shaman left (my first 5*) so I kinda missed that beast of a monster (back then). I managed to recover everything I lost on my other account in 2 months, including shaman, and just now i was so hyped on trying him again after the “buff”. I went into an arena battle and he just sucked so hard other than the shield he removed. If I remember correctly his aoe dealt much more when he was newly released compared to now, did they lower his aoe damage or am I just crazy???. And I know about the fury skill bug it had, which was fun. I really hope they buff him. I miss using him effectively

If I may add a few characters to this list:
1. Corrupt General -- I don't know if this is just bad luck, but it seems way too easy for him to pull off a full team stun with his basic in the arena.
Solution: increase damage of basic ability, while decreasing stun chance.
2. Pharaoh Dog King -- Good character, but his passive is a bit too strong. I feel the cleanse should be a chance, not definite. Healing every turn is strong, but also cleansing two random teammates? Seems a bit too much.
3. Visions Eddie -- Again, this seems like it could just be bad luck, but he feels very difficult to fight against in the arena. Blur and Take seem to work almost too well in the arena.
4. Seventh Son Eddie -- This Eddie happens to have every tool in the book he needs to nullify an enemy team, and buff his own team. He's way too strong, and hasn't been tuned down since his release in January. Increase power costs, or take away some of the beneficial effects he can give.
Now as for the characters mentioned above, I think I have a few solutions for Rainmaker and Hallowed.
Rainmaker -- since he only has damage going for him, why not make him a stealth-based assassin? Make his fury give him golden invisibility, or something. He needs to really avoid damage, so I think some ways to either redirect damage or just make himself invisible.
Hallowed -- The real issue with Hallowed Eddie is that he can only really give minor buffs, whereas Seventh Son Eddie can give way better buffs with his basics. Hallowed Eddie also has two healing abilities (one of which is infinitely better). I think he needs to be reworked into one of two things: 1) A self buffing Eddie who deals massive damage with the buffs he give himself, or 2) a party enhancing Eddie who deals low damage but gives amazing buffs to compensate.

Corrupt General: Well if you have Immunity then it would pretty much cancel it out. Along with cleanse.
Pharaoh Dog King: You can still disable any passive with passive disable.
Visions Eddie: Again, immunity or cleanse would solve your problem for blur. For take, an indirect counter would be block beneficial effects or perfect corruption, not to mention the move only has a chance to remove one effect each. The only good thing about the move is that it can steal golden effects.
Seventh Son Eddie: His biggest bane is Block effects/Perfect Corruption. When he or his party gets those debuffs he becomes harmless.
Not trying to act like you don't have a point, but the characters you mentioned have pretty logical counters. But the moves they have are what make them so great in the first place, when you take them away they turn into Vampire Hunter Eddie, someone who was pretty good at first but with a mix of mini nerfs and better characters being released he kind of fell behind.
But Rainmaker and Hallowed Eddie certainly could use some great boosts.
