Arena event reward bug

Hi guys,
I have just finished the tier 4 reward for current Arena event - 150 Arena battles won, but did not received the awards. The tier shows as complete under the event screen. I did not get the third tallisman and the stones. Tried restarting the game client, but still no luck. Event is still in progress so this should not be a problem.
Did anyone had this issue or is it just me? Can you please advise how to contact support for this ?

Win another fight. I noticed this at my 700th win but after I won the next fight the chest popped up.

I already won 8 additional battles, but no luck. Event ends today, so I guess I have to live with it.
Might be good idea for the Devs though to check this feature for issues so this do not happen again. In do recall getting some connection error message after some of the battles maybe this could be related?

Continuing the saga here I just want to share that after purchasing 10 Shred souls from the store the 3 missing ones from the event showed up, so I end up having 13. On top of this the missing talisman and skill shard showed up too (really strange). The talisman was showing as disabled - not usable, but after restarting the game client it got fixed.
As a conclusion I could say that there is definitely some issue worth investigating here. Glad though I somehow received the rewards :)
