Primordial talismans

Just evolved my navigator to 5* and put the primordials I had waiting for him on him. I noticed that they do not grant certain buffs or debuffs, i.e. ascension or doom. Is this a bug or is it meant to be this way so that they are balanced? That makes these talismans a little bit underwhelming to me. Of course, it always makes me happy when my red COTD gets 100% crit or if enemy passives get blocked because of perfect corruption. But, it makes it less random and powerful when they take out some of the effects.

Yes, some of the effects were removed to make the talismans simply overpowering, instead of being tremendously overpowering. They are still one of the most powerful talismans in the game.
