Out of curiosity, is there any chance of just running a scan over all accounts to see how many souls were open while this was buggged and give some sort of compensation? I know I opened tons, going after there two toons and 1 other - I was opening everything that wasn't Gunner or Warrior. I thought I was just really, really unlucky getting all the same 5* sentinels repeatedly, until I was told of this glitch. I'm guessing a lot of people were in the same boat. I'm sure with all the tech on your end, it would be easy to see how many have been opened with no chance of this payout any motion in this direction?

Compensation is another conversation for the team to have, but we will be having it. Let's get the hotfix out first!

Just dropped 500 rare souls and got mind-blowing 3 five star characters... you guessed it right, yours crappy warrior cotd, visions and bass eddie.
You know how much gold went into this and I managed to get 1 Epic and 2 Talisman souls out of it back through sacrifice- yay, 3M back and crap %15 talismans ("best" ws purple T2)

I'm playing this game from its beginning and what you've done with it is just hilarious... Last time I got this happy was when you've corrupted/lost my old high level account during server migrations.
If you want to clear end-game players, just ask.
Addition: 4 Mythical, 28 Legendaries later and Domino dropped out of legendary.
Guess Bruce isn't meant for me...
Another 5 Mythical and 20 Legendaries and he's still backstage.
